Chetan is a Commerce graduate who has been involved in a number of business start-ups, allowing him to gain real insights into operational requirements. His experience is broad and ranges across various industries, including water treatment, plastics, packaging and wine imports.

He has been continuously involved with the business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) industries from the very beginning, showing a true passion for improving business efficiencies.

In his role at Valenta, he manages corporate planning, strategic alliances, tactical market planning, key partnership development and organisational restructuring. Chetan also oversees the overall service delivery operations in India and Malaysia to ensure clients are receiving the highest level of customer service.
