Manoj has over 30 years of experience in the Automotive supplier industry.  He has extensive experience in Product and Program Management of Product Lifecycles.  During his career, he has worked with different global automotive OEMs and successfully launched several products.   His experience includes leading global collaborative teams for product development, product launch, customer service, and leadership as well as turnaround of underperforming teams.  Throughout his career, he has been passionate about cost reductions for products and process to improve the company’s profitability.  He brings the same passion to Valenta to help the clients improve their business processes to improve their profitability.
